Eby Emenike

Founder of TBD Management Ltd

Eby Emenike is the founder of TBD Management Ltd and a committed advocate for African football. With a first degree in Chemical Engineering and a first-class Law degree, she brings a unique blend of technical, legal, and entrepreneurial expertise to the sports industry.
Since founding TBD in 2010, Eby has led initiatives like “The STAR Project” to protect players from exploitation, promote transparency, and foster partnerships between African and European clubs.
In April 2025, she was appointed General Secretary of the Nigeria Diaspora Sports Council (NDSC), advancing its mission to “seek out, identify, and support sports persons of Nigerian descent residing outside of Nigeria.” She became Patroness of the University of Nigeria Nsukka Sports Society in February 2025, supporting youth engagement and sports development in academia. She also sits on the committee of the South East Grassroots Recreational Infrastructure Development (SEGRID) initiative under the South East Development Commission (SEDC), which is working to implement transformative changes in grassroots sports across South East Nigeria.
In December 2024, Eby served as an arbitrator in the maiden edition of the Football Law Arbitration Moot, further demonstrating her commitment to legal excellence in sports.
Eby continues to drive meaningful change in African football through advocacy, education, and strategic leadership.
